CANCELLATION POLICY

For all reservations, regardless of length of stay, we expect 100% payment before arrival. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival.


In the case of a direct reservation via the website or e-mail or phone, we will send you a proforma invoice to your e-mail address. Advance payment is possible by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.


In order to successfully confirm the reservation, we expect a 30% advance payment of the total purchase price, no later than 48 hours after receiving the proforma invoice or offers received. The remaining 70% of the purchase price must be paid no later than 5 days before arrival.


As far as the direct reservation or If the request occurs less than 5 days before arrival, the entire purchase price is settled in a lump sum (100%) no later than 48 hours after receiving the preliminary invoice or received offers or until arrival, if the reservation was made less than 48 hours before arrival.


The reservation can be canceled without cancellation fees up to 5 days before arrival. If the guest cancels the reservation within this period, he is entitled to a refund of the entire advance payment. For reservations canceled later, we will retain an amount equal to 100% of the reservation value. The same applies in case of no-show or early departure.
